Urban living is being redefined. Growing awareness of climate impact and rising housing costs are shifting consumer behaviour—from tiny house movements to minimalism, people are choosing to live with less. Dandi, a London-based property developer, sits at the heart of this transformation. Across four sites in the capital, they design spaces that adapt to the rhythms of modern life—homes that are smarter, where every detail serves a purpose. Yet the brand itself hadn't caught up to the movement it was helping to shape.

We worked with Dandi to articulate what they'd been building: a new standard for urban living where intelligence, beauty, and sustainability meet. Through research, stakeholder engagement, and strategic workshops, we developed a brand positioning and visual identity that speaks to those rethinking what home means. The result positions Dandi as pioneers of the minimal living movement, offering spaces that enhance life in the city.
